I surely can't base my opinion of this company on one service, but my experience was "EXCELLENT" and I will be doing business with Computer Haven in the future for a new laptop. I am truly surprised how fast Computer Haven had my computer repaired and up to snuff. Very impressive. Thanks Diane

    You did a GREAT job on the new computer. It is AWESOME!  The machine is so quick and the software packages you installed work flawlessly, easy to use too.     I received the laptop yesterday, as promised. I just turned it on and found it was exactly what I had hoped for and expected.                        Thank you so much.

    Most of these time I look to the bigger stores for my repairs, then tried a local repair store because of a coupon, they failed, in a desperate attempt to get my daughters laptop fixed I gave Computer Haven a shot and am I glad I did. I explained what the other shop had diagnosed as its problem, which was that it needed a new hard drive, DVD Burner and a password mysteriously appeared on it. The other shop said it was not worth fixing and would sell me a new laptop.   Immediately the staff at Computer Haven noted there are rarely passwords that   are permanent and right in front of me reset the password. I then left it there for the repairs. Within one day I was called and told the DVD & hard drive were fine and all it needed was a system restoration because the file system was corrupted. I gave the go ahead and after that it has been perfect and my daughter is so happy. I will be back and I will tell all my friends an co-workers about the wonderful, and absolutely HONEST guys at Computer Haven. Thank you ever so much. I am so pleased to have found your store!

     I recently stopped in to your store to pick up a new hard drive and ended up walking out with a new desktop computer - Your prices are just that good and the variety you have is amazing. Of course the wife was not very happy until I made her own login now she is quite content with our new computer.      Not only was I impressed with the selection laptops that you had available, but I was impressed with the way that I was spoken to and explained the differences in each unit and you answered all expertly. I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me, but I must say that I have never been treated so well at a retail store. He asked me questions about how I would use my new computer and what my needs would be. He took this information and made specific recommendations about brands and pricing. I ended up purchasing on the spot and have never been so pleased with a laptop purchase and confidence in my NEW guys at Computer Haven of NJ, Thank You.   Donna P.
