Desktop Diagnostics - Flat Rate of $89.00 US Dollars ( No Hourly Rate)

Laptop Diagnostics - Flat Rate of $120.00 US Dollars ( No Hourly Rate)

System Restoration - Flat Rate of only $120.00 to $150.00 ( No Hourly Rate)

Every system ( including NEW ) are preloaded with AVG Anti-Virus, MalwareBytes, AC3 System Cleaner, iTunes and Open Office Suite ( These are the "FREE" versions - but fully functional/upgradeable) also these same products can be downloaded directly from this web site. NOTE: Some competitors claim to give something for a higher price etc, but it is "EXACTLY" what is offered here for "FREE" and loaded for "FREE" on every system that leaves our retail store.

PC Tune-Up - Determine and isolate problems; remove unused programs, free up hard disk space, check your hardware and clean the registry, spyware removal (install anti-spyware and remove ad/malware), update operating system and optimize to peak performance.

We can also add additional memory in desktops and/or laptops, We upgrade/replace hard disk drives in all computer systems ( desktop/laptop) - (PC/Mac/Sun/SGI). We can transfer/image existing hard drive Information ( making it invisible to the customer as to the newly installed hard drive.

We can also perform data transfer of all data to a new PC excluding OS or applications, this we do for "FREE" if you purchase your desktop or laptop thru our retail store.

We can upgrade or install any OS to the most recent version or service pack ( this depends on your actual system and the requirement of the OS you wish to upgrade to. ie: a Pentium III will not sufficiently run Windows XP and above and we would highly recommend against this).

We perform COMPLETE system overhauls ( ie: replace motherboard, ram, processor, etc ) - again if this is a cost effective solution for you the customer, as many times it is cheaper to buy new and replace the old system completely.

We can also install any internal PC Card, Printers, Scanners, Digital Cameras, Modems, Wireless products, Tablets, Card Readers and any other peripheral imaginable, some items in our retail store are newly introduced and cutting edge.
